My Brother & His Family lives in US as us citizen. I want to visit them for 2 Months with my 2 kids & wife. i am self sponsored businessman income above 9000$ anum & current in my bank account 20000$. But i will stay at my brothers apartment. my brother send me letter of invitation,

it will also be an opportunity for you to see different kinds of people and different variety of foods. you will also enjoy nice snowing weather and the city we live in.
You will stay with me at my apartment located at the above mentioned address. this will we very loving time for our kids & help them to understand the blood relation. we would have a nice time together after a long time, So begin planning for the trip, we eagerly waiting for your family.)
my question is i need my brothers financial Documents or not i have completed my all financial documents to show, and is it right i will stay my brothers apartment or live in hotel what should i tell visa officer.
please help me, guide me what should i do
