Printout of Application Forms

Hi,

I have an existing appointment for my parents. Now i want to take printouts of Applications forms online. But i'm not getting the link for applications. All i get is reschedule or cancel. Please let me know how to access the applications online to take printout.

Also, what are the documents my parents need to carry while going for interview.

Click "Continue" at bottom
Select "NO" at Do you have a BEP User ID
