B2 sponsorship

Dear Team,
Request your advice, as I am planning to schedule B2 visa interview for my in laws.

The situation is, when I made the B2 visa payment last year, I was there in USA on H1B, but my extension was denied and had to come back to India, and had to postpone the B2 interview.

Currently, my H1B is extended and stamped but I am yet to make a travel plan, but was wondering if I can still sponsor my In-laws B2 visa while I am here in India.

Since your visa is stamped, give your in-laws a copy of your visa.

Better to have them self sponsor their visit.

If you still want to sponsor them, you can still do it.
