Visitor's Visa Appointment Date for Telugu

Hi,
I'm trying to schedule visitor's visa appointment for my parents before November and choosing language as Telugu. I'm getting the message "Interview Dates are not available". Does it mean we cannot get the appointment date before November?

Once we fix the appointment date for English, can we prepone it if we find the earliest date.

If you are lucky, you may get one, if someone cancels their appointment, so keep checking

Once we fix the appointment date for English, can we prepone it if we find the earliest date.

Per VFS, advancing to an ealier date is not allowed without cancelling the current appointment
