Hello everyone, my first attempt to get a B1/B2 visa was rejected 3years ago, now I have change location and job too and wanting to go for a visit in my uncle's place. 1. In my form 160, can I say my uncle is my immediate relative (mum's brother) 2. Can I apply from a country where I have my job and reside for 2good years? 3. Is it a good idea for me to change from B1/B2 to only B2? Please I need people with good idea and experience to share thier thought on this a lot of people will also gain. Thanks

Yes
Since your purpose of visit is only tourism, you should apply for B2 only. Generally people gets B1/B2 both when they apply for B1 or B2 alone.
