    Which is a good option -H1b extension or Applying for immigration visa from india?

    We have approved I-140 and priority date is 2010 Aug EB3 category.
    5 months ago came back to India. Now wanted to know which is going back to USA , be a good option for us- applying for H1B extension or going on Immigration visa since priority date is so nearby. Please let help me with this...
