Visa stamping cancelled with no reply

Hello there,
I submitted my passport for Visa stamping to the New York Canadian VAC on November 29.
I requested a cancellation of the process as it looks like it will take a month and I am leaving the country on the 22 of December (My US Student Visa will expire).
They have not even replied to my cancellation process. I have tried to call numerous numbers to no avail.
Can anyone help me with that? This is a very stressful situation.
