Non interview waiver

My son got his Visa when he was 11 yrs old and will expire on September 2019. He is now 20yrs old. Is he qualified for non interview renewal? We are from the Philippines. We plan to renew (my whole family) online including him. Please advise

Is he applying for same visa ? Was he ten-printed earlier? If yes, he does qualify for IWVP (Interview waiver program).
