221G Pink Form

My folks who had recently gone for a Visa interview were given a 221G form to be filled out and sent via email. They were also instructed to check the status in the website.
Where in the chennai website http://chennai.usconsulate.gov, can we enter the reference # and passport information to check the status of the the pending application?

What is the status of ur parents visa now?

My father's visa has been pending. He was given a pink sheet and asked to mail the information. Its been a week and the case no has not been updated in the pdf document too.
