AFFIDAVIT needs to be prepared on Rs10,20,50,100 denomination?

we are sponsoring my in laws to come to US.....for that matter they have to make an affidavit........
Any idea whether this AFFIDAVIT needs to be prepared
on a Stamp Paper of Rs.10/Rs.20/Rs.50/Rs100
denomination?

hey hi pratap got my affadavit made on the RS 10 denomination .Worked for me.I suggest you go down to a district court eg tiz hazari patiala court and you have people siiting there and you can them to make an affadavit for you.They'll know what denominations and what stamps will go with the affadavit.In my opinion i dnt think it matters what kinda denomination u use as long as it is legally valid.
U can even talk to your lawyer and he will definitely tell you the right thing.
