Hi,

My parents have visa for 10yrs. My mom wants to stay for the 9 mnths to help my wife. is it advisable that she comes over for 3 months then goes back to india for about a month and comes back for the next 3 months?

Is that even allowed. And who should i talk to for an extension?

By doing you will be in risk of sending back.
better go for extending visa.

hey
do not extend your mom's stay on visitor visa. let hergo back on time and then if she comes back in 3 months she can say she is here for the baby.instead let your mom come during the 8th month of your wife so she can stay here when the baby comes cause that's when u need real help. my mom got her visa for 10 yrs.she went back on time and she came back in 3 mts. she will be again going back on time. so hopefully if u take care of the time frame u should not have any problems. and if u have more questions u should talk to a lawyer to get up-to date info
