Apply Parents visa along with my extension?

I am planning to sponsor my Parents on visitor visa. I am visiting India for my stamping, Can I schedule my stamping along with my Parents? Will there be any impact on my parents visa if my visa turns out to be in admin processing? Anyone please share your thoughts.

Personally I would not recommend that. Since your parent's purpose of visit is to visit USA with you, if your goes into trouble theirs will also be either denied or put on hold.

My suggestion would be to have them appear for the interview now (Before you go India), or after your visa is approved (you can schedule them the very next day or even in the late noon).

What I meant was Can I schedule on the same day may be different timings? Will there be any impact on my parents visa in case there is admin processing for my case?

Thats what I said - you can schedule them the very next day or even in the late noon.

Currently extension is in processing stage, and its in premium. So I am expecting the result by this week or next week. Lets assume everything goes well and my extension is approved. I'll get new I-797 with new dates. I'll be scheduling my stamping dates after approval.
The questions which I have is if I schedule my Parents stamping next day or so, and in worst case if my stamping goes in admin processing. Will there be any impact on my Parents visa stamping?

Most probably. Since they are applying to visit you & you don't have a valid visa, then their purpose to visit USA will be gone.
