US B1/B2 Tourist Visa

My parents went to dropbox for B1/B2 visa extension on DEC 21st 2018. When I checked the status today it says the application status is under processing and it may take several weeks. Not sure what that mean, me or my parents did not receive any notification regarding the status.

Does anyone face same type of issue? Please provide your comments..

This is normal, their site is really NOT "up-to-date".

You are good, as long as you haven't heard back from them or receive your passport back.
