Not able to find the most recent I-94

My parents are currently visiting me on a B1/B2 visa. It has been more than a month since they arrived, but I'm not able to download their most recent I-94 from the CBP website. I'm able to view that their travel history shows that they've entered USA last month and their passport has a stamp that allows them to stay till May 2019, but when I choose to get the most recent I-94, I get the I-94 from their previous visit and not the current one.

Do I need to visit the deferred inspections office with them to get this fixed? Anyone have any experience in how to get the website to show the most recent I-94?

When did they visited USA before current visit? At times they do not give a new I94, rather use the same one if that expiry date is yet to come.
