Visitor Visa for my parents

I am inviting my parents on visitor visa(B1 Visa) to US for my marriage .

What are the documents that has to be sent to my parents ? do i need to send invitation letter to my parents and embassy for the invite?

I would be glad if i know the documents . Thank you in advance.

They just need to carry proof that you are in USA legally. Like copy of your passport, visa, payslips, bank statement etc.
