Entry After 6 months after initial issue of B1/B2

Hi guys and immihelp.I am turning to you guys once again with another problem.thanks for all the help with 212g probelm.I was issued a visa b1/b2 10 years multiple entry on 31st january 2006.I have not visited the united states after the issue of the visa and i plan to go in septmber 2006 which is the 8 month after the issue of the visa.
My query is that do i have to travel in the first 6 months of the issue of my visa or can i go anytime i want.ALso which visas have this restriction of travelling in the first 6 months.Guys please shed some light on this
