Visitors visa for Canadians

A Canadian enters the USA on a visitors B2 visa, stays in the country for 5 months, then returns back to Canada for a week. After the week is over the Canadian enters the USA again. How long is the Canadian allowed to stay in the country after the second entry? 1 more month or 6 more months?

Depends on the discretion of CBP officer, he can choose to give you same I94 number (eventually 1 month stay) or a new I94 number (another 6 month stay).
