visiting visa for sister

Hi,
me and my husband both work. my sister is in india and wants to come to USA for visit with her family. she is housewife and brother in law is 38 and have 2 kids 6 and 1.
what is the procedure and chances of them getting the visa ? should i sponser them or its better they sponser themselves ? my b-i-l is a manager in govenment sector.

hey. it's better that they sponsor themselves. so money does not come into question at the embassy for they might think that enough finances r there to let them come back, and if your b-i-l shows his job history and convinces that he is going to come back then he should not have any problem.and in india ,also get some brochures from a travel agent and your b-i-l can say that he is just going to visit u.s
