Online DS-160 form problem

I am married to a Chinese national. My wife's surname has only two letters in it and the DS-160 says for retrieving the form online, one must use the first five letters of the surname and a birth date for security. So how do we get by having a surname with less than five letters. I am trying to apply for a B1/B2 Visa.
