I am planning to apply for US visitor visa for my father. While completing the form I came across one question which ask if person is arrested in past for any reason. My father was arrested during Indian Emergency as a political prisoner. He didn't commit any crime it was pure political reason. I want to provide the details about the same so please guide me how should I fill his details without having any -ve impact on his visa approval.
