Hi, My dad came to the USA on B2 visitor visa on March 31 2018 and based on his I-94 he can stay here until Sep 29 2018. We applied for extension until Jan 31 2019 as my son is sick and he is on medical leave. Though we received the receipt for the Form I-539, the application is still pending. My son is still on medical leave and I want my dad to stay. Just wondering whether I can apply for extension until March 2019 and if so please let me know the steps while the extension applied before is still pending.
