Query for b2 visa

I Am 51 yrs old male
In 2017 I myself & my wife had applied for B2 visa Which got rejected 214 B
we both give tuitions to students from 1st to 10th standard students & earn 40000 each I own a house in Bengaluru & have also rented three houses
get a rent of 50000 per month
Last time they did not ask for any documents
Is my profession an hindarence
This time my friend has sent an invitation & is ready to sponsor my trip, which i dont need
planning to apply to both of us
have enough money in FD
what should i do pls advice

What were the questions asked during your initial interview?

Try to identify what went wrong at the first time & you can surely get the visa.

What about your kids?

Still, self sponsoring your own visa will be much beneficial for you as compare to your friend sponsoring from USA.

Well even though Iam an tutor I had asked for the interpreter
I had an invitation fron AKKA (American kannada association)
she asked whether iam performing there replied no
I dont have kids
SB acount amount is less in FD there is 30 lakhs in my wife name
