B-2 tourism visa goes administrative processing after interview
Hello everyone
I have applied in B2-Tourist on 4th Feb , i went to the interview interview goes smoothly VO checked all my company documents and Past Travel history and also see valid visa on my passport at the end of the interview , VO said please have a seat we need to do some extra checks and kept my passport i go outside on sitting area and wait there for next call approx after 5-7 mints , My named called on the mike and this time one lady passed me the message of VO , She said your case in under administrative processing you have to wait till next update/she said if you have any question you can go and ask VO , I went on the same window and asked VO how long its take he said not more 1-2 working days mos probably i said ok , he kept my passport, i asked do you need any other documents he said no .
At the interview he didn't say Visa refused And issued , He just say after AP we can say weather grant or not. My nationality is Pakistani. i wait till 09 Feb didn't get any update and my case still under AP , I have travel plan which i already told to the VO , at the time of interview , i went on 09 Feb to USA CONSULATE and asked for any update they said no , then i request to please return my passport coz i have planned travel. the person in the consular , He returned my passport and asked some more questions ,
Do you have any experience like this , I took my passport back will it affect on AP ?
