How important is "Appointment Made By" in appointment confirmation page ?

Hi,

I made an appointment for my 1 yr old son using cgifederal.secure.force.com. After a few days, I had to make another visa appointment for my uncle. I used the same account of my son but just updated the profile to show the details of my uncle. After I booked the appointment it shows my son name "Appointment Made By:" in the Appointment confirmation. Can someone please tell how to fix this or how important is this ?
