  • New rules by VFS/Consulate reg appointments

Seems that VFS/Consulate introduced new rules into Visa appointment system.
    1. HDFC receipt# gets inactive for 60days if you cancel TWICE (No matter what, this receipt is valid for 1 year only from date of issue)
    2. Applications can be saved for max of 7 days and if you did not confirm any appointment date within that period, application gets deleted and you need to re-enter the data.
    Ref: https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms/Notice.aspx

    Thanks
    RK
