Entered the name wrong in US Travel Docs site

Made a mistake and entered incorrect name (typo) in the US Travel Docs site, which is different from Passport and DS-160 confirmation. Realized this only after inputing the receipt number and booking interview appointment.

What are the chances do I have now to update the profile in US Travel Docs without repaying the fees and booking another interview appointment?

Update on this issue:

We used "Feedback" link in the US Travel Docs to explain them the issue and received a reply to send the passport copy of the applicant. After a day, received another mail saying that we can tell the officials at the Visa Application Center about the mistake and they would be able to accommodate it.

I too have entered my expired passport details while setting the appointment but the DS 160 has all the correct details. They too told me that I have to tell the officials at the VAC regarding this and they will correct it.

Did the officials correct it for you?
