how to take an appointment in regional languages?

hai evryone,
i am rupa.am trying to take appointment for my aprents from past 1 and half month.but the interview dates are not opened for regional languages.as my parents cant speak english i wanted to book the appointment in regional language.can anyone tell me when approximately the dates will open for telugu?thanks in advance

I know it is frustrating… but for now there no other option other than keep checking…
