Please note that there is lot of rush for the appointments, particularly regional languages. There is lot of demand and little supply. There are many people who want the regional appointments and hard to get.
Even if someone cancels the appointment, you are very very unlikely to get the appointment. As soon as someone cancels it, there are hundreds of people waiting to take that appointment. What is your chance you will get it?
There is no way to get an early appointment for everyone. I know everyone wants everything right away. But there is no other way than to wait for your turn.
