B2 visa for parents while I485 pending

Hello All

I want to apply B2 visa for my parents while my I485 AOS is pending and employed through EAD. can I sponsor my parents? they are retired and have good enough property back in country. can I sponser them if required? Or can my spouse sponser them who is US citizen and working part time only.

Since they are well to do there in their home country, let them self-sponsor their visit. Its better for them as well.
