Wondering if you can help me. I have applied for my wife's B-2 visa to US. confirming if we have included everything we need for the visa.
She and I married last year and she moved to uk Dec 2018 and currently has BRPermit valid for another 2.5 years and I am a British citizen
things I added so far
1. Non immigrant D -160 online application form filled and complete. confirmation printout
2. paid visa fee + premium fee printout
3. appointment confirmation printout
4. purpose of trip letter with brief explanation of marriage
5. Original marriage certificate included.
I will be funding the trip so
7. Added latest bank statement with balance over ?14,000 pounds
8. two pay slips showing pay over ?45k a year
9. Her 2x2 passport size photo
10. booking e-mails showing flight details to us and back to uk
11. accommodation booking for the duration of stay
anything else do you think I need to add.
she is unemployed so no further documents of her.
