Denied b2 visa because i didn't indicate spouse had a LPR

I was denied a b2 visa even though i have been to the us 3 times. i just got back 3 weeks ago even though i was tamp in for 6 months.

CO: so your husband is a LPR holder...,,, something citizen
ME: yes
CO: why didn?t you indicate that on your form ?
ME : there was no place to indicate it
CO: No there is, the place where it says nationality
ME: he is a Nigerian and not yet a citizen
CO: it is the same thing
CO: you also went ahead to put his address as Nigeria
ME: yes because he lives in Nigeria and has not moved
CO: has he filed for you ?
ME: No
CO: Do you have any children
Me:No
CO: ask about work.

B2 visa is for tourist who proves strong ties to their home country, but since your husband is on LPR, you'll definitely apply for immigration one day or the other - proving you as potential immigrant.

B2 is not a visa for you, apply for dependent PR & you'll get it easily.
