How to rectify a mistake in filled out DS 156 form

Hi friends,

I just booked visa interview dates for my parents. By mistake I have given a wrong date for my mom's b'day. I have already submitted the application and got a date.

How can I rectify this?

Any help would be great... thanx a lot in advance.

just go to the vfs site..and modify your ds forms ..this can be done quite easily online..

you can change details of your ds forms upto 5 days prior to your interview date..

i think u cannot change ds 157 points from 1-10 or 1-14 sth likr this...
these r vital information and u ant change it online, but u can try at embassy during interview.

the b'date field is read-only

i tried modifying the form but the b'date field is marked as "read-only". is there any other way??

is cancelling the appointment and re-scheduling an option?

get a new printout and fill all details manually. Take both forms for interview. Let the officer know of the changes..
