Srini, did you do any of the two below in I-134
(a) In #8 did you fill up your in-laws as dependents?
(b) In #10 did you fill in your in-laws names having submitted visa petition tp Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration services?
The reason I am asking is I did (a) when I filled up I-134 for mother in 2004. This time I did'nt. I think the mistake of 2004 may have permanantly flagged my mother's case as potential immigrant because she is widow and also I said she is dependent on me.
The letter to senator has no particular format. Just mention your in-laws' names, passport#, which consulate they were rejected and on what date. In body of letter write why you think the rejection was incorrect and give reasons to show their string ties which varies from person to person.
