Please help
My mom firts name on passport is Santosh Kumari and last name is blank.
However when I filled online Ds-156 and Ds-157 I have put First name as Santosh and last name as Kumari.
How can this be fixed now, should I manually print and fill another Ds-156 and DS-157 forms, and take both original online ones and manullay filled ones at time of interview?
If yes then what should I put under last name and first name sections..
would first name be Santosh Kumari and last naem as LNU
or first naem would be FNU and last name would ne Santosh Kumari.
Please advise soon...
