Need urgent help in filling DS-156 form.

Hi,

[U]Could someone help me filling correct information for the 37th item of the DS-156 form. For the added information. My husban is on the H1B visa and I am on the H4 visa. My mother was denied visa and the VO circled the 37th item in the form. My mother did not ask for the reason.

I have read the link. But still need help in understading it. As I wrote before my husband has H1B visa and I am on H4..with this information what should be filled in the 37th column.

If its for ur mother, select the box that says son/daughter and put H4. No need to mention ur husbands status there eventhough he is the sponsor.
