please some 1 help me 6c rejection

[visaproblem]

i was refused visa 5 years before when i applied student visa
because i presented a good grade gpa that was false/forged
and on my passport they put 6c stamp!!

how do i pardon and get the visa again
is there any way that i can get a visit visa because on my passport 6c stamp is there or will they punish me for entire life
please can some 1 help me pleaseeeeeeeeee!

6c rejection means you are not eligible for any type of non immigrant visa and that includes B1.
