    Multiple Visa Re-entry

    Hi,
    My mom has 10 yr multiple entry visa. Her I94 got stamped for the first time for 6 months. And her I94 will expire on Sep 29th. I would like my mom to go back in september and come again rather taking the risk of visa extensions.
    Is there a minimum number of months that my mom has to stay in India before she travel again to US?

    Please help.

    There is no minimum duration that she needs to stay in India before coming back.

    However, if she tries to spend more time in US than in India, her intention is not really tourist. She may get less stay next time or may be denied entry altogether.
