I-134 Where to file??

HI

Do I need to file I-134 with USCIS or just send it to my mother who will take it at the time of visa interview and show to the VO...

Urgent please.........

You don't need to file I-134 anywhere. Simply fill up the form, take it to a notary (You can check with your bank, usually if they have notary they do it for free or check at the local UPS store, they do it for $10). Fill up all the details in the form but do not sign the form. You have to sign it in front of the notary and get it notarized. Then send the notarized form to you mom

I 134 is a supporting doc with Visa application. Nowhere to file other than that.
