Friends,

My parents have VISA interview on Sep 28. I am going on July 21st for visit. I will take some docs with me. How old can the docs be ?

Like if I take I-134 dated July 17th is it ok ?

Bank statement with all the CD's listed dated July 20th. Is that ok ?

Can I get the I-134 notarized in India with a notary or it has to be here in the USA ? Notarized here in atlanta means it will be like July 17th. Is that ok ?

Do I need the passport copy to be notarized or simple copy is enough ?

Do I need the Tax returns copy notarized or simple copy is enough ?

Pay stubs how old can they be ? 6 weeks old ?

1. Documents/statements needs to be 30-45 days old
2. I-134 notary shld be done in USA
3. Passport copy is enough, no need of notary of passport copies.
4. Tax return copy is enough, no need of notary of Tax return copies.
5 Pay sutbs needs to be 4-6 weeks old
