ReApply after Rejection First Time. Need HELP!!!!!!

My Brother-in-Law who is a greecard holder sponsored my parents last time and the Visa was rejected for one simpel reason; Both the children are here in US.

This time I am sponsoring Visa and sending documents; I am a H1B holder and my Visa expires sept2008.

Can you help in what ways we can justify the consular officer about B1/B2 visa for my parents to stay with me for 4-5 months

As you both are here....
provide some strong ties, (like property, family, business/job) that wld compel them to go back to India after the allowed period.
Ask for 3 months in DS156
