Query regarding asset docs

Dear Friends,

My dad (retired/widower) is due for visitor visa soon.
He has some FDs and NSCs.

Do we need to carry the photocopy of them or originals?

Also the land and plot ownership documents he owns are
in Marathi ( the state langugage of Maharashtra).

What needs to be done in such a case ?

Please help suggesting.

Better carry the original

Think thats okay, as long as they are in specifed in CA certified paper

What needs to be done in such a case ?
