Visitor-B1 re-apply

Hi

Early April, My parents visitor's visa (B1) was rejected due to non availability of I134 DOCUMENT. I had forgotten to send I134. Now we have another appointment scheduled for end of this year.

Apart from me, I have my brother also in US. During first visa interview in april, My parents have told to the immigrant officer that we both work in US.But it was me who was sponsoring their travel to US.

Now, Do we both need to send I134 document ( and other related documents)for each of our parents ? or one of us is fine or should it be from the person, whose details have been providied in DS156 document ?

If its by the person whose information is on DS156, then its me.
my H1 B has been extended till Aug 2008. But the stamping on my passport is valid till August 2006. For some reason, if I cannot go for a stamping this year, do I need to send a photocopy of the current passport along with new extended H1B document ?

As you are the sponsor, your details goto I134 and DS156
Please include your brother's passport copy (all pages, including blank pages)
yes, you need to send your passport copy (all pages, including blank pages), even new visa is not yet stamped. Send the copy of valid 797 form
