    Hi GUys My in-laws visa got rejected recently on the basis that both the kids reside in US ...this the 3rd time..But the first 2 times are 2 years earlier..what is the strategy I should do for next time..am planning to send them shortly again...any comments are appreciated...

    Sending them shortly may not improve chance of getting visa.
    I hope, you had included all strong ties (property, family, job/business) whuch wld force them go back to India after allowed period of stay,
    If you think, some thing is missing/not correct, do the necessary changes and apply some time after 6 months
