I-134 question -Sposor status as AOS -Please reply

Hi ,

I am sponsering visitor visa for my parents .My I-485 is pending .What should I specify in I-134 ,point 1 .Do I need to specify that Adjustment of Status (I-485 pending ) and Receipt# or A#.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes you should specify as you mentioned,But no need of reciept # or A#.

But I was reading

If you are on any other status in US such as H1 visa holder, Student(F1), L1 visa holder, you can not fill any line (a) through (d). In such a case, find little space below (d) and write your visa status and visa numbers (control number). In the fillable form that we have provided, there is fillable space just below (d).


So in I-485 pending ,what do i need to specify as control number ,I-485 receipt number or Alien #.
