how do i fill the forms online

Hi,

I am trying to fill out forms for visitor visa for my mom and keep them ready for an booking a date. I went to the application and create a new application but could not proceed as the there were no dates available. Is there a way to fill out the forms earlier and keep them ready so that I can retrive and apply once the dates are available. This is for Telugu appointments.

You can fill the application only when the dates are available.There is no other way to do it online.
