In-laws were granted a visitor visa on 3rd attempt

Background:
FIL:Self-employed
MIL: House-wife
Applied every 6 months. Rejected first 2 times. Both the times only I had sent the papers. This time both of us sent sponsership papers.

Here are the questions and answers.

How many children do u have?
3. 2 daughters and 1 son.
Where is your second daughter?
Connecticut.
What visa?
H1
Where is ur son and what does he do?
Studying in HYD.
What do u do?
I have my own business.
Explain?
FIL gave more details.
Why only 5 weeks?
Cant make it more than that as I have to take care of my business.
Would 5 weeks sufficient to visit both the daughters?
We will all meet in one place.
Asked for I-134 forms.
Just glanced for 10 seconds and asked to pay the fees.

Do know how long they have got it.

Just wondering - by both of you do you mean you and your husband or is it you and your other sister?

Both my sister and I also live in the US and have no siblings in india(kinda like your case)

Can you send me a personal email as to what all you had sent as far as your docs were concerned and how long before the appt?
