Need help to recieve Senator's Recommendation

Hello everybody,

Can anyone please guide me on how to get a recommendation letter from senator for my mother's visa. I read on this website that this would help since this is the 4th attempt we are making. she was rejected because she had said I am pregnant. your help is appreciated.
