Visitor visa for my parents

I have one elder brother who has become a citizen in New Zealand.
I want to bring my Parents here for 3 months. Would there be any problems?
Typically, looks like they want at least one kid to live in India?? Please post yr experiences and suggestions.

There is no such rule like "one kid to live in India", they can get visa as long as you/they can show strong ties (financial, family, business/job related ties) which force them to go back to India then they are good

No such rule. My parents got the visa on July 11th and we are two sisters on e in UK and I live in US. We have a green card and sister had UK citizenship. They didn't even ask for any property papers or any other proof of finance.
