hi,
i want my mom to come to usa but my dad will not accompany her. will that be a problem at the consulate.

my husband is sponsoring my mom. will that be a problem?

i heard the visa would be rejected if the reason told to the consulate is that she is comming for my delivery considering that to be a work visa type. is it true or she can say the truth about her visit

even my brother is in USA so should the VO be told about it?

Will not be a problem, your mother shld be able to explain VO when asked, why ur father is not accompanying her

no probelm, make sure that u send all the docs, (ref visa section in this site for more details)

she can tell "tourism" and visiting daughter and/or son.
even my brother is in USA so should the VO be told about it?
no problem as long as you can provide strong ties (family, property, work ).

I can answer for the later part of the question, doesn't matter if all the kids are outside India. My parents went on 11th and they were asked how many kids and where are they, and my Dad stated clearly two daugthers one in US and one in UK and then they asked does anyone else live with you in India in your house(probably to see if they have anyone to take care of etc) and he said just me and my wife. And they got the visa after that question. They didn't have any other proof of ties to India except a house.
