    H1 visa expires before Mom's interview

    Hi friends,

    I am in a situation that my H1 visa expires before my mom's interview.My company has filed extension and it is getting processed but problem is receipt notice is missing in mail.My attorney says it might take longer to get a copy from USCIS.
    Is there any way I can produce a letter from my employer verifying my employment and visa petition status and receipt#?Any suggestions please?

    Just send some proof that you have filed for H1 extension.
